In his studio Olando mainly teaches Hip Hop – but also Dancefloor instruction is part of his program and specialties. As well as in Hip Hop or African Dance he already won numerous awards in this discipline as an active dancer just as much as an outstanding choreographer.

On the basis of moves from the routes of African Dance probably Olando teaches one of the most original forms of Hip Hop dance. He himself used to be one of Ghana´s best dancers who were recruited for the National TV Ensemble that also performed on official occasions like for example the state visit of the Ex-President of the USA, Bill Clinton in Accra. According to his long experience in the field of dance and show, over the time Olando developed his own style that is influenced by elements of Street-, Jazz- and Breakdance just as much as by Old School and New Style.

Even while teaching large groups Olando takes notice of about every single student in order to encourage and support him individually. He understands how to transmit his own motivation and drive very fast to all course participants and thus, in combination with his unique choreographies that are coordinated harmoniously with fast, infectious beats, he makes each single one of his lessons quite an experience for everybody.

Due to the quantity of new students Olando already had to divide his group more than once and engage further teachers. In this way Olando gave his students as well as his teachers the possibility to learn more about their creativity and personal potential as a dancer in order to vitalize and develop the whole Hip Hop scene further on.
