Olando´s Dynamic Dance is a member of the Actiondance Federation (TAF) since 2004.. Therefore all ODD dancers are entitled to take part in national as well as in international championships.

Together with his formation of 24 dancers Olando took that chance and directly made it to become Germany´s most recognized choreographer in 2004 when his group won about every national championship they were part of. The same year they also were the only German formation who made it into the final (best 6 dance formations) at the hip hop dance world championship in Bremen.

Yet, it was never Olando's main goal to only participate in dance championships but moreover to also establish his agency and take his dancers to a number of shows. With the great success right at the beginning of his participation in 2004, however, it led him to establish a permanent group and class for championship training. That he made the right choice to do so was the repeated qualification to the world championship in 2005.

During the championship training the dancers not only learn the choreography but also how to synchronize their movements with their fellow dancers in the group and how to arrange themselves into pictures. Additionally to the formation training, Olando also support his people if they want to start in other categories like solo, duo, or small group.
